– Reviewed financial statements and rebalanced portfolio

– The governance committee will review the role of the president and put forward recommendations on the role of the president, now that we are approaching the end of the 2-year trial with amended role/responsibilities.

  • Update on Tampon Tuesday (Sam)
    • Overall the campaign collected 30 thousand products which went to help 1200 women in need.

  • Want to schedule a seminar for every couple months
  • Discussed options for new seminars
  • Kristen Ficke moves that we order pizza for Nav Bassi’s security seminar, seconded Melissa Doyle, passed unanimously.

  • Update from Jan 31st deadline
  • 40 applications received (37 approved; 1 withdrawn; 2 declined)
  • Total amount awarded $50,931.20
  • This is the largest number of applications received in a cycle, so it seems that the PEA membership is becoming more aware of the pro-d support available.
