What are Verrin rights?

When 17 PEA members in the GLP chapter were moved from the public service to various health authorities, they lost their collective agreement, were red circled, and weren’t given opportunities for severance. The decision was overturned at arbitration and these workers were protected as a result of the PEA asserting rights under  labour law.
