1. Motion to approve the agenda: approved, seconded. No additions or changes.

2. Approve minutes
o 3 March 2021 – posted on slack – approval: one change – the Feb minutes. Otherwise – approved, seconded.

3. Labour Relations Officer (Moloney): provided verbally

4. Association Executive (Karras/Chan/Haman): General update re: convention; moving to all virtual due to covid / variants.

5. Current Business or otherwise to be assigned:

o Retreat follow up Action Items:
o Sign off on email call for Bargaining Committee, including setting BC info session date.
o Date set for UVic chapter convention introductions and prep (21-April-21)
o Guests: Jordana & Brett – campaign plan – will attend next meeting; EM provided brief email update
o Costing and training options
 JF working on follow up – SK to put options list in slack for exec to prioritize. Idea is to do a session monthly or every 6 weeks
o Confirm next newsletter profile – General discussion, proposal to profile ONC member

635 Central ProD (Thompson/Pender): Next closing date May 2021
636 Safety Committee (Haman/Bowles): CH – met last week, Kay and Andy – intent to have fully functioning campus in Sept, assuming full vaccination.
