3. Labour Relations Officer (Montgomery):

    • – Member grievances discussed
    • – Sheryl and Sam meeting with EQHR to discuss changes to University Sexual Violence Policy
    • – Awaiting employer guidance on protocols for members who report or have dependents with cold/flu-like symptoms; delays in COVID testing causing stress and strain
    • – Some members have raised concerns about being required to return to campus (ie. PSA memo)

4. Association Executive (Karras/Chan/Haman): 5,6 October 2020 – Strategic Planning

    • AGM planning – 4 November – zoom webinar – invitation out to members, report due for posting October 28th, motions (?) , election results
    • Motion to get five (5) $50 gift certificates as door prizes for members. M, S, C.
    • Solidarity update (PS Themed All Candidates Forum) – PEA will contribute up to $100 toward an honorarium for emcee
      • Questions on budgets and PSEC mandates
    • Next Newsletter – member profile? Timeline?
