3. Labour Relations Officer (Montgomery): posted on slack
   • PEA organizing an OH&S training with the BC Fed
   • Regular updates and check ins with HR re: COVID
   • Grievances and conflict resolution still ongoing
4. Association Executive (Karras/Chan/Haman):  next meeting 30 April
   • Financial Investments have decreased, but not dramatically
   • Conversation around hardship fund for members financially impacted by COVID-19
5. Current Business or otherwise to be assigned:
   • COVID-19 – impact on PEA members – communication out to members – newsletter
     • • Profiling PEA members who are helping with move to online teaching
   • Discussion on capturing information about our member’s experience with remote working – what’s working and what isn’t working?
     • Can use the data for bargaining
     • Can demonstrate that it’s a benefit to the employer and the members?
     • Action Item: Katy and Telka to work on a survey with Brett and Jordana to go out to members
   • Meeting with Local Reps related to COVID-19 (April 15^th)
   • Sam and Sheryl meeting weekly with Steve G. from 4 April
     • Conversations are without prejudice or precedent
   • Volunteer opportunities for PEA members as facilitators (Kristen)
     • Action Item: Melissa bring suggestion to Table Officers meeting
   • Donation to the COVID-19 UVic Bursary?
     • Should know more after April 30^th about financial impacts to our own members
