31 Approve minutes for Sep 17th 2014 (Karras): VC/SD

4. Labour Relations Officer (Moroz):Brief update. Additional discussion deferred to next meeting.

54 Government funding campaign

Discussed new poster and ad campaign proposals with Point Blank Creative and the Executive.

6. Reports: Items 61-624 and 63-638 deferred to next meeting.

625 Website reconstructions (Haman):

New UVic PEA website reveal, demonstration and discussion. Website is now live. Executive to discuss access levels (who and what levels) for updates and content posting. Cliff noted that moving forward the meeting minutes should be saved in rich text format (rtf) to facilitate posting to the new site. For the time being, content posts should also avoid the use of tags for now. Information about the OAC and drop-in sessions is available at https://www.uvic.ca/til/oac/index.php.
