The position of vice chair and three director positions are up for election this year on the UVic chapter executive. This is a call for nominations to fill these positions immediately following our AGM on November 14, 2014, for a two-year term as per Article 6.3 of the constitution.
As well, a single director position is up for by-election on the UVic chapter executive. This is a call for nominations to fill this position immediately upon election, for a one-year term ending after the AGM in 2015, as per Article 6.5 of the constitution.
Directors represent the various interests of the chapter and will perform duties as may be determined by the executive. In particular the directors must attend monthly local chapter executive meetings. Please visit the UVic chapter website to view the chapter constitution.

Sep 19 – Start of the nomination period
Oct 10 – Deadline for nominations
Oct 17 – Ballots sent to membership
Late October – All-candidates meeting
Nov 7 – Deadline for ballot submission
