Reminder about completing revisions by today or coming to the make up session next week

Just a reminder, that if you have any additions or clarifications you want to make to the Questionnaire, you may submit these to the Human Resource Office no later than today, Wednesday October 25. We will ensure your supervisor receives a copy of any revisions.

For those who hadn’t attended a session last week, the make up session is being held on Tuesday, October 31 from 1pm to 4pm at University Center, Room A183. At the first part of the session, we will review each question to ensure that all of you have a common understanding of each factor. If you want to prepare a draft in advance, that’s ok, or, if you find it easier to take the time at the session to finish editing the examples, or revising your responses, we will be there for the full 3 hours. If you require an electronic copy by email let us know immediately.
