How do I get print materials from the library?
- You can now Request library material online through the Re:Quest Service, available for Faculty, Students and Staff.
- Pick-up from the library will be arranged in advance by email and is available Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

I think I might have Covid-19 - what should I do?
- The BC government has developed a self-assessment tool to help determine whether you may need further assessment or testing for COVID-19. You can complete this assessment for yourself, or on behalf of someone else, if they are unable to do so
- If you are concerned about the intensity or duration of your symptoms, please contact your doctor or call HealthLinkBC at 811, a free provincial health information and advice phone line
- Call ahead before you get medical care. If leaving your home for medical care, call ahead and tell the clinic you are coming in and that you have symptoms of COVID-19. Remind each health care provider that is taking care of you that you have symptoms of COVID-19

How do I book a study space on campus?
- Current students can now book a study space in the McPherson Library BiblioCafe, Monday-Friday.
- Choose an all-day booking from 9am-4pm (with a break between 12-1pm), or a 3-hour booking from 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm.

How can I get more information on how to use technology for my online classes?
- Technology Guide for Students: These self-paced modules help students get started with the online learning technologies for their courses. This includes basics for learning in Brightspace, Zoom, and Blackboard Collaborate, etc. This guide is available in all Brightspace sites as well in the Support area of TeachAnywhere site.
